[Next On] “Ash vs Evil Dead” Episode 104, ‘Brujo’ Trailer!
“Evil shows up and blows up.”
After summoning a demon from the Necronomicon (who looks incredibly cool in action), Ash and team follow a clue from the demon Eligos, but Kelly pays a price. Also in next week’s episode 104, ‘Brujo,’ Ruby helps Fisher and reveals her family’s connection to the Evil Dead.

Now that we’re nearly a third of the way through the inaugural season, I think it’s safe to say “Ash vs Evil Dead” has exceeded expectations. The 30-minute episodes provide perfect pacing and allow for non-stop action. And the violence? Holy shit. I still can’t believe some of the stuff they’ve shown on television. The main thing I keep thinking to myself is, “I can’t wait to binge the first nine episodes leading up to the finale.”
A lonely Carrie White seeks friendship and answers in the first teaser for Carrie, a brand new adaptation of Stephen King’s classic story from horror master Mike Flanagan.
Along with the new teaser comes the announcement that the eight-episode limited series premieres on Prime Video on October 7.
The series follows misfit high‑schooler Carrie White (Summer H. Howell), who has spent her life hidden away inside the walls of her home with her fiercely protective mother, Margaret (Samantha Sloyan). After her father’s sudden, untimely death thrusts her into the unforgiving ecosystem of public high school, Carrie is forced to navigate a viral bullying scandal that tears through her community, the relentless pressure and casual cruelty of the social‑media age, and the awakening of mysterious telekinetic powers that rise alongside her adolescence.
Carrie is written and executive produced by showrunner Mike Flanagan (Midnight Mass, The Haunting of Hill House) with Flanagan also directing four episodes.
Stephen King also serves as executive producer.
Also starring in the series are Siena Agudong as Sue Snell, Alison Thornton as Chris Hargensen, Joel Oulette as Tommy Ross, Josie Tota as Tina, Arthur Conti as Billy, Thalia Dudek as Emaline, Amber Midthunder as Miss Desjardin, and Matthew Lillard as Principal Grayle.
Each of the show’s episodes will apparently open with the introduction of “a different, unique story of a different woman, somewhere else in the world and in time, coming to terms with their own abilities.” Flanagan teased, “Carrie’s specific place among that group of women is part of the real joy that we get to discover over the course of the season.”
Expect Flanagan to expand King’s story in unexpected ways, using a modern lens.
