Even though the next actual Friday the 13th doesn’t roll around until January 2017, it’s just about time to start watching horror movies old and new to get into the Halloween spirit. Jason Vorhees has killed an uncomfortable amount of teens over the past 26 years, so I thought it would be fun to round up some of my favorites in a video that might even help you pick out a movie to watch tonight.
Even though some of the later films in the franchise aren’t what most horror fans would consider quality, the kills have remained consistently brutal throughout the franchise’s history, with each film having at least a couple standouts. This video in particular includes kills from Friday the 13th, Friday the 13th Part 3: 3D, Friday the 13th Part VIII: Jason Takes Manhattan and Jason X, but I’d love to hear your favorites so make sure you tell me down in the comments.
