[Trailer] ‘Dementia 13’ Remakes Francis Ford Coppola’s 1963 Horror Film

Often found on cheapo DVD collections of classic horror films, Francis Ford Coppola’s Dementia 13 is one of the first films the Godfather filmmaker ever made. It was released in 1963, and Chiller Films is giving it a modern day face lift this coming Halloween season.

Today brings the trailer, which you’ll find below.

In this new retelling of the horror classic…

“A vengeful ghost, a mysterious killer, and a family where everyone has a secret converge in one night of terror.”

The film is directed by Richard LeMay (Blood Bound, Naked As We Come) and written by Dan DeFilippo (The Invaders) and Justin Smith (The Boy).

The cast includes Julia Campanelli (116), Ana Isabelle (The Eye, Lost Cat Corona), Marianne Noscheze (Horror Time), Channing Pickett (Redheads Anonymous) and Christian Ryan (Celebrity Ghost Stories, Casters).

Dementia 13 arrives in theaters October 6 and on VOD/Digital HD on October 10
