After premiering at the Tribeca Film Festival last month, we’ve got two clips and art from Justin P. Lange‘s The Dark, which carries quite the unique premise:
“Undead and hating it, young flesh-eater Mina (Nadia Alexander) haunts the woods surrounding her childhood home. When she befriends a physically abused boy, she must figure out why, for once, she isn’t feeling homicidal.”
The first clip introduces us to Mina, who tells the boy a story about the legend of a flesh-eater who roams the woods. It’s a self-reflective moment that sets the stage for an unlikely friendship. The other shows an old man being spooked by something he sees…
Toby Nichols and Karl Markovics also star.
