If you attended Arizona’s Mad Monster Party earlier this month, you may have encountered a pretty epic Nightmare on Elm Street: Dream Warriors cosplay, as a little girl named Marilyn was walking around the convention dressed up as Jennifer’s iconic “Welcome to prime time!” death scene from the most beloved sequel in the Elm Street franchise.
Marilyn, one third of the trio of sisters collectively known as MSG Cosplay, totally stole the show at Mad Monster Party, winning the weekend’s costume contest with her ingenious recreation of the memorable moment. Dressed as Jennifer, Marilyn walked around carrying a faux television set with Freddy Krueger’s head and cable arms coming out of it.
She even got to show the costume off to Robert Englund!
