Last year, Toho and Polygon kicked off an animated trilogy with Godzilla: Planet of the Monsters, which continued this year with Godzilla: City on the Edge of Battle (now on Netflix).
The trilogy ends with Godzilla: The Planet Eater, arriving in Japan on November 9. The film will premiere at the Tokyo International Film Festival on November 3.
Netflix will be getting Planet Eater in early 2019.

The film is directed by Kobun Shizuno & Hiroyuki Seshita, from a screenplay by Gen Urobuchi.
