With Mortal Kombat 11 arriving on April 23rd (pre-order now to get Shao Kahn as a playable fighter!), Nerdist’s Because Science has just announced the upcoming tie-in series “The Science of Mortal Kombat,“ which will take a “Mythbusters”-style approach to the fatalities, brutalities, and realities on gloriously gory display in Mortal Kombat 11.
Sub-Zero, Scorpion, and Skarlet are some of the deadliest warriors in video game history, but how would they stand up in a fight to the death with the laws of physics?
Kyle Hill and his experts, including Daniel Cormier and former pro wrestling superstar CM Punk, will test out “The Science of Mortal Kombat” beginning February 18th.
