Imagine having parents so cool that they would build you your very own Ghostbusters playset, featuring a working Ecto Containment Unit and everything.
Hollywood Haunter has been detailing their progress in building a nearly fully-functional three-story-tall extreme Ghostbusters-themed firehouse playset for their son, inspired by the Ghostbusters movies, “The Real Ghostbusters” cartoon, and the Ghostbusters firehouse playsets from Playmobil, Kenner, and Lego.
The outside is a Ghostbusters firehouse facade based on the New York firehouse filming location. The most recent update shows off a functioning Ecto Containment Unit while they are also incorporating two cedar wood playsets with the slides, climbing wall, swings, monkey bars, rope, fireman’s pole, and other playground equipment.
The plan is to also incorporate some other items from the Ghostbusters movies such as ghosts, electrical shut off switches, wooden lockers, wood railing, Slimer with slime splats, the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man, and much more.
