Exclusive NSFW Video Premiere: Slaine’s ‘Trail Of Blood’ UNCENSORED

Rapper/actor Slaine reached out to Bloody-Disgusting and was nice enough to ask if we could premier the exclusive UNCENSORED video for his song “Trail Of Blood” off his upcoming album “A World With No Skies 2.0“. “A World With No Skies 2.0 will feature guest appearances by Everlast, ILL BILL, B-Real of Cypress Hill and Vinnie Paz of Jedi Mind Tricks. The video for “Trail Of Blood was directed by Los Silva and deals with drug abuse as well as a murderer who… well you’ll just have to find out what he does to his victims.

SuperRadMike: So tell me a little about  “A World With No Skies 2.0”.

Slaine: It’s a real personal record where I confront a lot of my demons and tell my life story.

SuperRadMike: What was the inspiration for the video for “Trail Of Blood”?

Slaine: I have had a lot of people close to me addicted to heroin where it sucked the life out of them and killed them. The first verse was about a family member who contracted AIDS from shooting dope. The second verse I wanted to portray how ugly murder really is rather than glorify it the way a lot of hip hop does.

SuperRadMike: Was a video like this something you have wanted to do for a while?

Slaine: No it wasn’t a video I planned on doing. Los Silva shot a lot of the story on his own showed it to me and we built the rest from there.

SuperRadMike: Obviously you’re into horror, was that something that helped contribute making this album?

Slaine: No. The only horror in any of the music I do is based in reality.

SuperRadMike: What are you doing to support “A World With No Skies 2.0”?

Slaine: Tour and spread my message as much as I possibly can.

SuperRadMike: Is acting taking a back seat for a little or can we look forward to seeing you in something soon?

Slaine:  I finished shooting a movie with Brad Pitt, James Gandolfini, and Ray Liotta called Cogans Trade in April. It’ll be out in March 2012. Right now though I’m focused on my music. This is my heart and soul right now.
