WIN A DVD Copy Of ‘Fallout’-esque ‘Hellacious Acres: The Case of John Glass’

Arriving on DVD and VOD April 3 as part of the Bloody Disgusting Selects series is the post-apocalyptic comedy Hellacious Acres: The Case of John Glass.

The story centers on a man suffering from amnesia who wakes up inside a cryogenic freezer as a robotic voice bombards him with information about World War III.

You can also now pre-order the flick, which reminds me of a feature version of “Fallout”, over on Amazon.

But if you’d like to enter to win a DVD copy, all you have to do is put HELLACIOUS ACRES in the subject line and send YOUR FULL NAME and ADDRESS to submit@bloody-disgusting.com. (5) winners will receive both a poster and DVD copy. Winner must live in the U.S. and will be chosen at random this weekend.

Montreal-based director Pat Tremblay wrote, directed and played the titular character in Hellacious along with editing, co-scoring and creating most of the visual effects. Cast includes Navin Pratap, Jamie Abrams, Paula J. Davis, Laurent Lecompte and Francis Dubois. Hellacious Acres was acquired out of its North American premiere as an official selection of the Fantasia Film Festival in Montreal.
