  • marklola12 .

look cool though out of them all the only movie id pay money to own is invasion of the body snatchers its very good..the best version in my opinion
but I have the bluray anyway lol

  • Grimphantom

Really cool posters, each have their own unique look. My favs are Return of the Living Dead, Invasion of the Bodysnatchers and Jeepers Creepers.

  • Mondo Gecko

I want a poster of the Child’s Play cover.

  • whiskaz

I own the screenprint of the KKFOS cover. It’s pretty sweet:

    • liverlips

      that framing job is awesome

  • Great art. Teen Wolf!

  • Will by them all!

  • liverlips

    Take my money right now!

  • manonthemoon

Awesome, a proper cover for TCM2! I hate the one we got so this is awesome. It’s a movie that deserves a proper cover.

  • parsyeb

I like some of these a lot, but is it really that hard to print the original poster art on these disc sleeves? God forbid I buy a Friday the 13th set and actually see the incredible painted poster art rather than some murky red and black bullshit. The only set I can think of that gets this 100% right is the old New Line Platinum Freddy box.

  • ThunderDragoon

Jeepers Creepers and Child’s Play are instabuys for me.

  • macguffin54

I honestly think a lot of these are pretty cheesy. Not that the artist isn’t good. There are some pretty good horror movie posters on the linked site. For example, I prefer the poster for Amityville on the cite compared to the one here for the DVD cover.

  • Bruce Hannan

I think the posters are all very cool although something seems to not right with The Last House on the Left cover, just doesn’t seem to fit the movie, maybe because it looks cool and I’m not a fan of the movie,

  • baronterror

I am curious about the completeness of the music in Return of the Living Dead since I have wanted it on dvd for years now. 2 releases (that I am aware of) and I am still waiting for the full original version. Still for cheap I’m excited. Also glad some of these titles will be available to the masses, even if I have them already. I dont have TCM 2 And just a week ago was lamenting I cannot find a copy around town. So tits perfect I should maybe be able to find a new copy now.

  • David Tucker

These are insanely cool. MGM is definitely taking a cue from Scream Factory. These look like they came right off their press.

    • Carolann Waggner

Also seems like a rip off of Mondo stuff.

  • Chrissie-Watkins

Last House on the Left- not my favorite movie, but that cover art is amazing

  • Full Frontal Squashing

Cool. Silence of the Lambs is one of my favorites of the genre along with Seven. Species was cool (boobs and butt!) but Lifeforce left a more lasting naked alien impression! The Return of the Living Dead is classic, and Jeepers Creepers was great. Invasion of the Body Snatchers haunted me as a kid. Those five are my favs, even though all are classics in their own rites! Cover art cool, too! Believing

  • Khy

These are fantastic. Definitely want the Carrie and Jeepers Creepers one!

  • EmPleH

Love the Misery poster. Just looking at the sledgehammer is making me cringe.

  • soulless

They’re not case art – They’re cardboard covers that are pasted onto the front of the case, and underneath is the regular art still. You’d basically have to cut and fit it into the front to actually have these as the cover.
That said, some of them are worth owning for that price if you can find them. Despite the stores mentioned in this article, none of them have them in stock or online.

    • Richter Belmont

So, it’s basically a slip cover then.

    • Carolann Waggner

TACKY…No thanks. What a misrepresentation by MGM/FOX, and Bloody Disgustings so called exclusive.

  • These are beautiful. Looks like I’m making a few stops today in hopes to find these. I’m really hoping I can find TCM2, Child’s Play, Misery, and the Killer Klowns ones.

  • Mondo Gecko

I haven’t seen any today, I went to walmart and best buy.
Unfortunately this is the best i’ve found

If anyone finds a better location or price Id like to know.

  • Sevenbartenders

I was out this morning to Target, Wal-mart and Best Buy (In Canada) and none of them had these or had even heard of them. I was only able to find them listed on Best buy’s website so was able to order Killer Klowns, Carrie and Last house on the left as they were the only ones I wanted left in stock. All the rest seem to be sold out now.

  • Carolann Waggner

“Teen Wolf” horror? LMFAO, love MJF and the film is fun, but I don’t think so.

    • Carolann Waggner

I just read here from another poster, that this so called new art is just a piece of cardboard glued over the original box/case art. If true then these are CRAP.

      • zombiesatemyheart

I think the art is awesome and it’s not crap..have you actually owned any of the blu rays where they go with this approach? if you don’t already own any of these on blu ray which I don’t 🙂 I think its a good deal and they are only 9.99…I have a few blurays where it had the cardboard front art like that and you just slide it in the front of the case and it looks amazing..I have no problem with this way at all.

      • liverlips

haters gonna hate. $9 for a bluray of a horror classic, with an added faceplate. I’m no hardcore collector, but these are totally worthwhile

  • Phillip L Ward

    Why? seems a bit pointless.

  • Max H

The art is better than most of these films imo. Sorry but none of these movies are worth owning with the exception of Silence of the Lambs, Invasion of the Body Snatchers and maybe Killer Klowns. These hand drawn covers are popular right now but those have been limited to some really quality reissues of great classics. This looks like another cash grab on a popular theme.

  • Tyler

so are these available in the US? im in michigan and all the places i tried said they have never heard about the releases of these. 🙁

  • Evan3

@MrDisgusting – just joining the chorus of flummoxed people who couldn’t find these anywhere. I tried Best Buy and Wal-Mart, no luck. Any updates?

  • Angela M Campany

I’ve made it a tradition in my house to watch Killer Klowns every Halloween !!!

  • astronauta69

    Jeepers Creepers <3

  • Went to Best Buy and couldn’t find these but did get someone to look them up. They still show on order and wasn’t sure why they were not there. The suggestion was to come back in a week or try their online site
I actually found them all on FoxConnect …ordered!

    • Mondo Gecko

      Dude you’re awesome!

  • Mightygil

I was able to get the Carrie and Killer Klowns ones (in Canada). While the art is very cool I can’t help but be disappointed by these. They are just cardboard glued on top of the blu-ray cases and the Carrie one has already fallen off and needs to be re-glued
