I have to revise my “official” score on here and post it as a 9/10. Tremors is just a damn entertaining movie. It’s a funny movie with a horrifying concept and great characters, locations, and creatures.

It is my favorite series of all time. My favorite character is Burt Gummer because
I can relate to him in many ways, such as the fact that I love explosives, guns and pretty much anything that has to do with fire. My friend and I thought before we saw the third one that they would fly and hunt by radar, we also thought that one of the sequels would take place out in the country and they would live in the water and they would hunt by sonar.

I remember watching this movie at a sleepover when I was a kid. It is simply amazing, and has good creature effects, acting, and a high-ish budget. Highly recommended, and I’d put it up there with the great horror/comedies like Evil Dead II, Re-Animator, Shaun of the Dead, and Cemetery Man.

One of my favorite monster movies of all time, it has humor, horror, suspense and a good cast filled with wonderful characters and interesting situations, this is and will probably always be the best in the ongoing series which is all populated by average direct to dvd sequels.
part 2 being the best of the 3 sequels that followed this original.
great stuff here and I hope they dont remake and ruin this instant classic.

Great movie. Instant Classic, especially since it plays on the desert, and the feeling of being isolated and alone. Great movie, very entertaining. addition-stars kevin bacon before he became a d-bag. . .

    A quite unique horror comedy.
I aprotched this movie with skeptasisim, but finished happpy, while it has many noticable flaaws, tremors is very good!
I am not familiar with any of the cast members, but that isn’t really importiant, What is is how the director seemlessly blends horror and comedy for a scared silly time! The monster look real, though the charecters are underdeveloped.
So anyone looking for a funny and scary time, and can overlook a few flaws, should definetly check tremors out!

Not a big fan of horror comedies but the creature effects were brilliant and it had some good characters like that survivalist couple.

I grew up on Tremors and in my book its a classic. i love the characters(except Kevin Bacon). the graboids look amazing for a film from 1990. I strongly recommend Tremors I and II. If your bored and want to have some fun pop in Tremors.

*Love* this movie. Michael Gross’s & Reba McIntyre’s characters are hysterical (who knew?). Definitely the best sand worms since Beetlejuice.

All the four movies in the series is damn horrible. The first is the best of the worst horror movie series ever made.

One of those movies I always wanted to see, but never did – and now that I’ve finally seen it, I could kick myself for not watching it sooner.
‘Tremors’ is one helluva kick-ass creature feature, unbelievably entertaining and funny, but also pretty suspenseful, fast-paced and action-packed, with a brilliant cast, a fabulous script, fabulous dialogue, a beautiful desert location, great special effects and of course the terrific Graboids, amazingly designed worm-like creatures that totally kick the shit out of the similar-acting schlock monster from “Blood Beach”.
A cult classic you just have to love!

Tremors was fun for the most part, with like-able characters and some funny moments. but I actually though the creatures were poorly executed and bland looking. It’s worth a watch, but don’t expect to much.

A good comedy, spoofing the 50s monster movie genre. There is a lot of action and some good effects which makes the movie a fun ride you can ride again and again.

How can you seriously not love this movie? It’s so much freaking fun.

Burt Gummer is one of cinema’s biggest badasses. Love him, love this movie.

Seriously, this movie is so much fun.
