terrible actors, no suspense, full of clichés – what a bunch of crap!
THIS MOVIE IS A COMPLETE TURD THAT DOES NOTHING FOR THE VIEWER ON ANY LEVEL …. MINDLESS TORTURE AND GORE. A TRUE INSULT TO THE HORROR FAN! … SHAME ON YOU! … BAD! BAD!
Watched this at a recent screening in Manchester England and have to say it was very poor. The film makers didn’t seem to understand the genre and was neither scary nor fun leaving it very laboured and pedestrian. Not recomended at all.
The most generic movie I’ve seen in a long time, some decent gore but that’s about all you’ll get out of this and that, in fact isn’t all that great. Very cliche, badly acted, and boring, I kept waiting for something to happen and when it finally did it failed to please.
This is one of those movies that isn’t terrible in the technical aspects (it has a nicer look than many lower budget films), but is so content with ripping off so many other films – and without a single decent thought – that it’s one of the most boring and useless films I’ve ever seen.
Not so bad for a late Friday night throwaway. At least it’s short. The villain was formidable, but the old lady baking the meat pies was probably the director’s aunt, and it showed. Why are the “friends” who go away to the country to party in these movies always so mean to each other? They need to pick better friends who will stick together in a fight and who shower together.
Gnaw is nothing special but for a low budget film from the UK its got its merits.
I would not say this is the worst film I have ever seen but if you missed it, no worries.
If you dig slow moving creepy building, sweet old ladys serving people pies then you might dig this a bit….
Not as bad as most say but you know what you be the judge… This film is probably about 15 minutes too long…
