I found this movie to be hilarious! It’s the best spoof movie in a while. I found the ending to be pretty stupid, but I still enjoyed the movie a lot.
CommentI am a survivior…I survived this movie. Against my better judgeent after truly horrible reviews and the juvenile, amateur , unfunny looking trailers and tv spots I went to red box and picked it up. Besides not being worth the time I spent watching it the longest 1 hr. and 30 mins of my life possibly I now know the meaning of a $ 1.06 and desperately want it back. This wannabe spoof of found footage horror films. Which I actually happen to enjoy for the most part brings out the worst qualities of them in that this film is so boring not unlike the fourth installment of Paranormal Activity but even that dreadful film had a little bit going for it. Exploiting evvery cliches and logging one unfunny skit after the next. The film isn’t remotely offensive and in some spots it’s oddly uncomfortable if only for the embarrassment of sucha drab, pointless execution in cinematic torture. The film is an atrocity on all levels from the writing if you can call it that to the non existent direction and insepid performances. Which in some way is a little bit of a shame anyone whose seen Marlon wayans in the earlier Scary Movies and white chicks knows he’s got a little bit of a knack for trashy comic timing but he seems to be slumming it as is the rest of the cast. With tthe threat of a haunted house 2 I can only assume the apocalypse is drawing near. Count me out this may be the worst film I’ve ever seen I cant believe I lasted through the whole thing.
