If you haven’t seen the “Honest Trailers” series that Screen Junkies airs, you’re kinda missing out. They take movies and skewer them in the most delightful and hilarious of ways, never really by saying anything negative but more by aiming a spotlight at any sort of glaring error or silly occurrence that pops up.
This week, the series has decided to brave the waters of Amity Island to face the greatest shark horror movie put to celluloid, Jaws! Listen and chuckle along with the review as it pokes fun at Quint’s sea shanties, the town’s despicable mayor, and the gratuitous amount of leg shots!
But seriously, I think we can all agree that Jaws is a prime example of brilliant horror. Likable characters, fantastic suspense, and an iconic score that would clear out a swimming pool in no time flat.
