Back when it was first announced that publisher Image Comics would be making a foray into the sub-genre of cannibalism I was pretty excited. Then I found out that it was a “movie set massacre” story, and I got less excited. But to be fair the series hasn’t been all that bad, albeit a mixed bag. However, that hasn’t hampered it from garnering a steady fan base, and inside you can read the first 5 pages of the third issue that drops tomorrow. Read on for the skinny.
“With Angelique a captive of the cannibal cult, the remaining friends find that they can’t run any longer — they have to take the fight to the cultists! Outnumbered and outgunned, it’s going to be a hard-fought battle. But they don’t have much choice, considering their alternatives — becoming human sacrifices, or being added to the menu!”
