The weirdest little horror title to come out of this past year’s Free Comic Book Day was without a doubt Chris Roberson’s ‘I, ZOMBIE” which hearkens back to the golden years of comics. Roberson’s title has been a runaway hit since then, and beyond the break you can check out the newly released 3 page preview of the 4th issue that goes on sale this Wednesday from Vertigo Comics. Read on for the skinny.
“After a few months of brain-eating, Gwen Dylan thinks she knows all there is to know about being a zombie. But she’s dead wrong. When the mysterious mummy Amon takes her on the ‘Magical Memory Tour’ and reveals secrets from Ancient Egypt to modern-day Oregon, Gwen quickly discovers that the world is much, much stranger than she ever imagined. Meanwhile, the monster-hunters close in on Claire the vampire, and Spot the were-terrier deals with the fallout of last issue’s startling revelation.”
