New York hardcore outfit Agnostic Front will enter the studio tomorrow to begin recording their next album since 2007’s ‘Warriors’. Agnostic Front anticipates laying down 15 new tracks with producer Freddy Cricien (Madball). The album is expected to be released in early 2011. Keep up with the band at their official website.
Hate Eternal are also hard at work on their fifth studio album (second under Metal Blade Records) which is a follow up to ‘Fury & Flames’. The band will be recording at guitarist/vocalist Erik Rutan’s own Mana Recording Studios. Here is a comment from Rutan himself:
“The band has been locked up in Mana Recording Studios doing pre-production for the past 2 months, finishing up songs that we have been writing over the last year in between tours and albums that I’ve produced, and we feel we have come up with one of Hate Eternal’s heaviest, most twisted, evil, melodic, and insane albums yet.”
