Rebecca Romijn has been tapped as the third witch on ABC’s drama pilot Eastwick, the TV remake of The Witches of Eastwick. WBTV’s “Eastwick” revolves around three young witches (Romijn, Lindsay Price, Jaime Ray Newman) who come into their powers. Romijn will play Roxie, a Bohemian and sharp-tongued single mother. In other TV news, Bulgarian-born Canadian Nina Dobrev has landed the lead in the CW’s drama pilot Vampire Diaries, which centers on Elena (Dobrev), a tragic heroine who is the object of passion for two vampire brothers.
