Free Screening of ‘Jennifer’s Body’ in Orlando, FL!
Bloody-Disgusting has got your chance to win 1 of 20 tickets (good for 2 people each) to see the highly-anticipated Diablo Cody/Megan Fox horror-comedy, Jennifer’s Body. The screening is taking place THIS Monday, September 14, at Regal Waterford Lakes (541 N. Alafaya Trail, Orlando, FL 32828) at 7:30 PM. We’re going to try giving these tickets away a little differently than we usually do. To win, all you have to do is email your name to bloodydisgustingpodcast@gmail.com. The B-D crew will be there at 5:30 PM to start giving out tickets. However, we will have a standby lines for no-shows. Starting at 6:30 PM, if someone has not picked up their tickets by then and we have leftovers, those in the standby line will be given the leftover tickets on a first come, first served basis.
Christopher Landon (Happy Death Day, Freaky) is staying busy here in 2024, directing not only the werewolf movie Big Bad but also an upcoming thriller titled Drop.
The project for Blumhouse and Platinum Dunes is being described as a “fast-paced thriller,” and Deadline reports today that Violett Beane (Truth or Dare) has joined the cast.
Newcomer Jacob Robinson has also signed on to star in the mysterious thriller. Previously announced, Meghann Fahy (“White Lotus”) will be leading the cast.
Landon recently teased on Twitter, “This is my love letter to DePalma.”
Jillian Jacobs and Chris Roach wrote the script.
Michael Bay, Jason Blum, Brad Fuller and Cameron Fuller — “who brought the script in to Platinum Dunes” — are producing the upcoming Drop. Sam Lerner is an executive producer.
THR notes, “The film is a Platinum Dunes and Blumhouse production for Universal.”
