‘Daybreakers’ Viral Marketing Campaign Hits Twitter

For those of you who love viral marketing campaigns, Lionsgate UK is gearing up for the release of Daybreakers with a new Twitter account that will help teach about the current vampire outbreak that runs dry come January 8th. Check out @willthedaybreak for some early images (like the one pictured below), with videos forthcoming. From the directors of Undead, Edward Dalton is a researcher in the year 2019, in which an unknown plague has transformed the world’s population into vampires. As the human population nears extinction, vampires must capture and farm every remaining human, or find a blood substitute before time runs out. However, a covert group of vampires makes a remarkable discovery, one which has the power to save the human race.
