SXSW ’10 REVIEW: ‘Red, White & Blue’ a Masterful Piece of Storytelling!

A killer movie that premiered at the SXSW Film Festival was Simon Rumley’s Red White & Blue, a dark thriller that blew Tim Anderson and myself out of the water. “Red, White & Blue is duplicitous in its design. By placing its horrors against a wide blue yonder of the infinite Texas sky Rumley purposed the bright sun shiny day as the ultimate juxtaposition to the grim realities of his characters fate. It’s a masterful piece of storytelling from a filmmaker on the rise.” You can read Tim’s full review by clicking the title above. Keep up with all of our SXSW coverage by clicking here.
