It was only a matter of time. With Summit Entertainment’s third “Twilight” adaptation, Eclipse, arriving in theaters next month, it’s kind of a shock to me that someone hasn’t already given the go-ahead for a Twilight spoof. Today’s the day. Stonebrook Entertainment is now in pre-production on Fully Mooned, which is said to be a spoof solely of Twilight Saga: New Moon, the second book/film in the Stephenie Meyer vampire/werewolf series. Craig Moss will be directing. Moss also directed The 41-Year-Old Virgin Who Knocked Up Sarah Marshall and Felt Superbad About It and Saving Ryan’s Privates. He’s also penning Howard Stern’s Porky’s. No other details are available.
