There is a new Carbon Grey mini-series in the works from Image Comics and creator Hoang Nguyen is turning to KickStarter to help fund the project.
“I have been self-funding this project for a while now, unfortunately, I’ve now ran out of money. The budget for the first arc was 40K and the second arc will be the same. I’m now reaching out to the KickStarter community to help me fund the second story arc. It will be another 3 issue mini-series published by IMAGE Comics,” he said in a statement.
“I need to finish Carbon Grey just as much as I need to breathe. It’s hard to explain, the need to be creative can be overwhelming at times. What my mind sees, my hand cannot create fast enough. Please help me and my friends finish what we have started.”
Fans looking to lend a helping hand in getting the second series off the ground can visit the Kickstarted page to make a donation. Those donating can purchase some killer original artwork, signed prints, t-shirts and more.
