Every hero has a villain. Batman has the Joker, Superman has Lex Luthor, I have clowns, and now it’s time to meet Juliet Starling’s opposition. Swan is his name, and he’s the cause of the zombie apocalypse in the upcoming Lollipop Chainsaw. This is a bizarre game, though really, I wouldn’t expect anything less than strange from the creative mind behind No More Heroes and the lovely Shadows of the Damned.
In it you play as Juliet, a cheerleader at San Romero High School, which has recently been overcome by the flesh-eating undead. Thankfully, Juliet is my favorite type of cheerleader — the kind that carries a chainsaw with her at all times — and it’s up to her to sever every last zombie that’s unfortunate enough to get in her way. With the help of a disembodied jock’s head, naturally. head past the jump for a brand new trailer, complete with blood and geeky, gothy mayhem!
