Jamie Kennedy’s getting into the horror biz as he’s set to produce a new genre film from Automaton Transfusion director Steven C. Miller. Entitled Granny, a sales promo was created for the horror comedy that was shot in a few hours in a parking lot with the HVX-200 and 7D camera. “The feature is basically a very dark horror comedy in the vein of [Peter Jackson’s] ‘Dead Alive’ and that is the tone I was going for in this short,” Miller explains, “I wanted it to be over the top and fun.” Watch the short below, and watch for updates on filming and casting as soon as they’re announced. Color me excited!
