Quietly going into production, Magnolia Pictures has acquired the worldwide rights to Jack and Diane, written and directed by Bradley Rust Gray. Kylie Minogue, Juno Temple, Riley Keough and Cara Seymour all star.
No release details yet, but expect a limited theatrical run, along with a VOD/DVD launch.
“Jack and Diane, two teenage girls, meet in New York City and spend the night kissing ferociously. Diane’s charming innocence quickly begins to open Jack’s tough-skinned heart. But when Jack discovers that Diane is leaving the country in a week, she tries to push her away. Minogue and Temple share a little girl on girl action. I haven’t been this excited since Megan Fox and Amanda Seyfried locked lips in Jennifer’s Body.
