Blood List Script Becomes Insane Feature: ‘Kiss Before the Slaughter’

Garnering some heavy hype on the 2010 Blood List (best unproduced horror screenplays) was John Michael Elfers’ Kiss Before the Slaughter, which eventually found the cash flow and a way behind cameras. Below you’ll find the insane trailer debut with more at the film’s Facebook page.

When Bradley takes his ex-girlfriend Raquel to Mexico for a black-market lung translplant, he discovers that the underground organization butchers unsuspecting “donors.” Saving them, would mean losing her.

Bradley would sacrifice everything for the woman he loves, but all she asks is that he let her die, to save a group of completely strangers.
