Screening at TIFF this week is You’re Next which is looking like a sure thing as far as acquisitions go. It’s no wonder why, seemingly all of the review so far have been effusive. Fred Topel writes in with his review here.
“This is violent horror by guys who know what they love and dreamed up everything they ever imagined. What they love about horror is exploring all the possibilities of a contained situation, then getting creative in every possible way to exploit those limitations… You really don’t know when or where something’s going to happen, and the filmmakers love to surprise you or tease you. ”
