TIFF ’11: Three New Clips From ‘Martha Marcy May Marlene’!

Martha Marcy May Marlene screened at TIFF this week. I’ve already gone on the record about how much I love the film in my review.

It’s not a film for everyone, though I would certainly recommend it to many people. It’s also not a horror film, but I would certainly recommend it to many horror fans (especially if you respond to paranoia, suspense or creeping dread). First time writer/director Sean Durkin has crafted a film that will likely make you grapple with your own feelings of uncertainty and the fear of where you do and don’t belong (if anywhere).

Last week we showed you the great International Trailer and now we have three clips from the film itself. These do a nice job at hinting at some of the horrific stuff that went down at the cult compound Martha had been living in.

Hit the jump to check out the clips.
