Launching tomorrow is YEAH, a Facebook app that takes some of the most iconic genre movies ever – Ghostbusters, Scream, The Shining, Child’s Play, Reservoir Dogs, Superman, Halloween, The Exorcist, etc. – and surrounds them with interviews, behind-the-scenes secrets, quizzes, polls and much more. YEAH lets you watch your favorite movies dissected in ridiculous detail by people who love them as much as you do. It’s a true fan’s dream.

Netflix brought the bare-bones DVD to the Internet. YEAH’s got the special edition.

The YEAH team has spent months curating brand new content for the most badass movies ever made, learning everything there is to know about them; every secret, factoid, and buried revelation. They’ve interviewed legends like Richard Donner, John Carpenter and Wes Craven, and many more.

Give YEAH a spin here. John Carpenter’s Halloween is free to watch, and it’s $5 for unlimited access to all of YEAH’s movies.

The teenagers soon understand what evil they’ve released as they are overcome with an assortment of horrific experiences. With fiendish followers invading suburbia, it’s now up to the kids to discover the secret that can lock The Gate forever . . . if it’s not too late.
