With “Grim Leaper”, Kurtis J. Wiebe is spinning another one of his quirky, creator-owned miniseries that mixes all kinds of genres together. The series revolves around Lou, a man who, no matter how hard he tries, cannot stop dying and coming back to life. The book is full of over-the-top gore, but solely for the purpose of humor. “Grim Leaper” is a very dark comedy that mixes crude humor with a surprising amount of charm. Issue #3 drops this week.
