IFC Films and MPI Media Group has announced DVD ($19.98) and Blu-ray ($29.98) releases of the festival hit The Killer Inside Me for September 28th. Extras will include 3 featurettes (“Making of with Casey Affleck”, “Making of with Jessica Alba”, “Making of with Kate Hudson”), and the trailer. Published in 1952, “The Killer Inside Me” concerns a deputy sheriff in a West Texas town whose kind Everyman demeanor masks his true dark self. He is slowly revealed as a psychotic killer.
