In theaters October 1 from Paramount Pictures is Christian Alvart’s (Antibodies, Pandorum) latest horror flick, Case 39, which centers on an idealistic social worker (Renée Zellweger) who saves an abused 10-year-old girl from her parents only to discover that things are not as they appear. Jodelle Ferland of Silent Hill, Ian McShane and Bradley Cooper (A-Team, The Hangover) also star.
