[Exclusive] ‘Resident Evil: Retribution’ Official Novelization Excerpt

To coincide with the release of Paul W.S. Anderson’s Resident Evil: Retribution (review here), Titan Books is releasing an official novelization of the film which is available today. The novel is written by John Shirley, adapted directly from Paul W.S. Anderson’s screenplay, and it follows Alice who awakes after being kidnapped by the Umbrella Corporation. Once again, Alice is going to have to do some series ass-kicking to before the flesh-eating beasts destroy humanity.

Just as she finds a safe haven, free from the Undead, Alice is kidnapped by her former employers—the Umbrella Corporation.       72 worldwide yes. Its domestic take was down from the last one. There will still of course be another one.

    Saw it last night. It looks ok, but it feels like a movie written by kids. I kinda like part 1, 3 was ok. This one was worse than part 2. I’m really disappointed in the fact that this movie makes money.
