I hope you haven’t preemptively called in sick the week of February 26 so you could take the time to really immerse yourself in the gorgeous floating city of Columbia, because BioShock Infinite has officially been delayed a month. Irrational will be using that extra month to give the game the extra spit and polish it will need to live up to fans’ (and my own) lofty expectations for it. February was already a cluttered month, so I’m glad the goods are being spread out, even if it’s just a little bit. Still releasing in February are Dead Space 3, Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance, Crysis 3, and Aliens: Colonial Marines, so yeah, there’s still plenty to look forward to.
BioShock Infinite releases on March 26 for the PS3, Xbox 360, and PC.
