[TV] From The Director Of “Ginger Snaps”, A New TV Spot And Featurette For BBC’s “Orphan Black”

Back on Monday we unveiled a few stills from BBC’s 10-episode sci-fi series “Orphan Black,” which stars Tatiana Maslany in what seems sort of like an “Alias” meets “Dollhouse” meets Never Let Me Go sort of situation. Now we’ve got a look at a new TV Spot that explores more of the plot as well as quick featurette on the series.

In “Orphan” Maslany plays a street-wise orphan who witnesses the suicide of a woman whom she learns is her clone. Soon she and other clones realize an assassin is killing them off one by one.

“Orphan Black” is co-created by writer Graeme Manson (Cube, “Flashpoint”) and director John Fawcett (Ginger Snaps, “Spartacus”). Kevin Hanchard, Michael Mando, Elizabeth Saunders, Maria Doyle Kennedy, and Ron Lea also star. The pilot airs March 30th.

Head inside for the new spot featurette!
