I only watched this because it will eventually be on TV. Nice spot though, I really like the list of ways the book gives to kill her. As well as her brother saying ” Your’e not her” little things increase my excitement. Man this will be dope!!!

what i dislike about this tv spot (it’s the same one i posted yesterday in the comments section) is that Fede says “here’s 60 seconds of gore” and there literally is NO gore/blood! lol.

but he does look kinda hot the way he’s grabbing his crotch in the intro. lol. he’s sexy.

    • 321sponge1

Haha I agree with you completely. On both accounts 😉

I really really cannot wait for next Friday.

    • lucscs100

My GOD Fede looks sexy! Couldn’t even pay attention to what he was saying 😉

  • ghostface06

Honestly if they show any more new footage for the movie we will have seen it all before it even comes out! lol

    Next. Friday. I. Can’t. Wait!

TV spots are cool, IMO, but the red band trailers are much, MUCH better.

  • gadjet

Unfortunately, if you’ve seen the red band trailer you’ve seen almost all the good stuff the movie has to offer.

    • Zombie-Killa

Ah, that’s something I’ve been thinking about. HOPEFULLY they’ll shock and disgust us with some stuff we haven’t seen. Although, it’s going to be hard to top that tongue-cutting/bloody open-mouthed kiss scene! lol.

    • ihearthorror

      That’s bullshit!

I’m not going to ruin it for everyone else like i’d like to for your cynical ass… But I’ve seen it and I can’t even begin to tell you what they don’t show you in the trailers. It is horrifying! I’m very glad I saw it on an empty stomach…

      • Zombie-Killa

Stop ! Stop! Stop! Ugh, it’s bad enough I have to wait until Friday (feels like a fucking eternity), and now I have to read this stuff about more nasty gore and killings? It’s too much! lol.

        • Workshed86

          Blood raining from the sky
          Tree rape galore

That’s only a taste. The trailers showed you nothing.

          • Zombie-Killa

Wow. And to think I thought “can’t possibly get any worse than this” after watching the red band trailers.

Ahhhh! You guys are killing me! Now I’m thinking about going to the Thursday midnight showing! lol.

      • gadjet

I saw it 2 weeks ago, yes there is some stuff not in the red band trailer, but too much of it was in my opinion.

  • Boodis

If you pause it a 53 on a certain frame, you will see a white cross right before showing the Evil Dead logo. Did anyone notice this or know why?

  • Boodis

    53 seconds*

  • Boodis

It flashes like a subliminal message or something really quick.

I watched the new Evil Dead on March 14th. I have seen all the trailers and post as much info about the film on my fan page.

That being said, this is one of the first horror movies to show almost nothing in the trailers as compared to the film.

I don’t care how much you think you’ve seen, but you won’t believe your eyeballs when you experience the new Evil Dead. It is amazing!

“That being said, this is one of the first horror movies to show almost nothing in the trailers as compared to the film.”

That’s complete bull, do you work for the studio or something?
This is a fun gory movie with an average story and equally average acting. Go for the gore, don’t expect much else.

  • ThunderDragoon

I’m so damn excited for this! So happy it’s less than a week away.
