[TV] Next On “Hannibal” Episode 1.04 “Coquilles”

Published

on

We’ve got an emerging teaser for 1.04 of NBC’s “Hannibal”, entitled “Coquilles.” While I haven’t seen episode 3 yet, I’ve caught up with the first two episodes and really enjoyed them. So I’m going to try not to spoil myself too much here, I’m just hoping the show remains good.

In the episode, “Will tracks a serial killer, but his return to field duty weighs on him heavily. Elsewhere, Hannibal tries to drive Will and Jack apart; Jack’s wife enlists Hannibal as her therapist; and Beverly tries to bond with Will.

The series focuses on the fledgling relationship between FBI agent Will Graham (Hugh Dancy) and Lecter (Mads Mikkelsen), his mentor.” Other key cast members include Lance Henriksen (Near Dark, roughly 8% of horror movies in general), Gillian Anderson (“X-Files”), Gina Torres (“Firefly”), “Wonderfalls”’ Caroline Dhavernas and Ellen Muth (Dead Like Me).

“Hannibal” airs at 10/9c on Thursdays. Head inside for the spot!

Landon recently teased on Twitter, “This is my love letter to DePalma.”

Jillian Jacobs and Chris Roach wrote the script.

Michael Bay, Jason Blum, Brad Fuller and Cameron Fuller — “who brought the script in to Platinum Dunes” — are producing the upcoming Drop. Sam Lerner is an executive producer.

THR notes, “The film is a Platinum Dunes and Blumhouse production for Universal.”
