New ‘The Evil Within’ Screens Reveal Sebastian’s Partner

About a year before its official unveiling, I claimed Shadows of the Damned could “reinvent the horror genre.” Now, obviously it didn’t do that. I still fell in love with it, even if it never really found an audience. I’ll refrain from saying the same about Mikami’s next project, The Evil Within, but what I will say is that it could very well be an amazing action/survival horror game. Mikami knows the genre, so I have faith that he’ll be able to produce something we’ll all be able to enjoy.

I hope you’ve been enjoying this steady trickle of information about the game, because it isn’t showing any signs of slowing down. After the break I have a few more screenshots, which reveal Sebastian’s partner, Joseph Oda.

Have a question? Feel free to ever-so-gently toss Adam an email, or follow him on Twitter and Bloody Disgusting.

I want this game almost as much as I want a Shadows of the Damned 2.

I would sell my soul (again) for a Shadows of the Damned sequel.
