To the surprise of no one, Minecraft will be coming to the Xbox One. The game will make use of the new hardware by bringing with it a significantly larger world to explore, one I sincerely hope is brimming with every feature PC gamers are currently enjoying. So far, Minecraft has sold over six million copies on XBLA, so its transition to Microsoft’s next console isn’t unexpected. It is however, crazy exciting.
I’ve sunk countless hours into the game, so I’m very much looking forward to sinking even more on the Xbox One. It will also come with more multiplayer options — I’m sure we’ll hear more about what the means in the near future.
