The other day we spotlighted the Midnight Madness selection All Cheerleaders Die. It’s the one pic I’m most pumped to see because it hails from two incredible horror filmmakers that you should all be highly aware of by now. We also got our hands on a couple of new stills, all added below.

As I previously stated, the first is Lucky McKee, the man behind the astounding indie May, as well as The Woods, Red and more recently The Woman. Chris Sivertson is also a seasoned genre director, having helmed the shocker Jack Ketchum adaptation The Lost. He also directed the highly underrated studio film I Know Who Killed Me, starring Lindsay Lohan, for Sony Pictures.

Together they’re World Premiering Modernciné’s All Cheerleaders Die, starring Caitlin Stasey, Sianoa Smit-McPhee and Tom Williamson, at the 38th Toronto International Film Festival, which runs from September 5 to 15, 2013.

When tragedy rocks Blackfoot High, rebellious outsider Mäddy Killian shocks the student body by joining the cheerleading squad. This decision drives a rift between Mäddy and her ex-girlfriend Leena Miller — a loner who claims to practice the dark arts. After a confrontation with the football team, Mäddy and her new cheerleader friends are sent on a supernatural roller coaster ride which leaves a path of destruction none of them may be able to escape.

Here’s a list of ALL of the genre films playing TIFF 2013.
