As we reported previously, Randy Moore’s Escape from Tomorrow, the infamous black and white indie horror thriller filmed secretly at Disney World and EPCOT, is actually getting released.
The LA Times broke the news that Cinetic Media will release it in theaters day-and-date with VOD on October 11.
While the reviews have been mixed, the David Lynch comparisons, and creepy nature of the film, make it a must-see. Since we’ve never covered it, we did some digging and came up with a disturbing clip, as well as a ton of hi-res images and an interview with the cast and crew at Sundance 2013, where the film premiered.
Starring Roy Abramsohn, Elena Schuber, and Katelynn Rodriguez, “In a world of fake castles and anthropomorphic rodents, an epic battle begins when an unemployed father’s sanity is challenged by a chance encounter with two underage girls on holiday.”
