On June 5th, Insidious 3, the prequel to the Lambert family saga, will be released. The story, “…reveals how gifted psychic Elise Rainier (Lin Shaye) reluctantly agrees to use her ability to contact the dead in order to help a teenage girl (Stefanie Scott) who has been targeted by a dangerous supernatural entity.”
To celebrate this upcoming release, TotallySketch has released a music video for the song “Tiptoe Through The Tulips”, as performed by Cherry Glazerr. Directed by Michael Gallagher, the video is inspired by the paranormal series and stars YouTube and Vine bigwigs Meg Deangelis, Eric Ochoa, Brittany Furlan, and Christian DelGrosso.
The story follows a guy who moves into a new house (which looks suspiciously like the second house from Insidious) only to get a lovestruck woman leaving tulips on his door and heartshaped outlines on his mirror. However, when she sees that he has a special lady in his life, she doesn’t take it very well.
Insidious 3 was written and directed by Leigh Whannell and stars Dermot Mulroney, Stefanie Scott, Angus Sampson, Leigh Whannell, Hayley Kiyoko, and Lin Shaye.
