Leatherface and Xenomorph Join the Fight in New ‘Mortal Kombat X’ Trailer

About a month ago, Netherrealm revealed phase in their plan to transform Mortal Kombat X into a big budget Terrordrome. It started when the bloody brawler welcomed Jason Voorhees in May, followed by the Predator in July, and it’ll continue into this year with the Kombat Pack 2, which will add Leatherface and a Xenomorph from the Texas Chainsaw and Aliens films, respectively.

I know you didn’t need me to tell you that. I did it for that other guy.

But wait — there’s more! Triborg and Bo’ Rai Cho are also included in the Kombat Pack 2, along with Goro, who was previously only available to those who pre-ordered the game. And in addition to all of that Mortal Kombat goodness, this DLC will come with this stuff:

Apocalypse Pack – The Apocalypse Pack features three new character skins, reimagining characters Takeda, D’Vorah and Erron Black with an apocalyptic theme.
Brazil Pack – The Brazil Pack features three new character skins: Futbol Cage, Capoeira Liu Kang and Gaucho Kung Lao.
Kold War Pack – The Kold War Pack includes three new character skins: Motherland Sonya, Tundra Sub-Zero and Revolution Kano.
Kold War Scorpion – Kold War-themed Scorpion character skin.

That’s a lot of content. No word on what it will cost or when it will arrive other than “soon”. The first Kombat Pack cost $30, so it might not be cheap.
