WWE Superstars Get Mutated For Bizarre Monster Toy Line
Brock Lesnar is the beast incarnate… literally.
Professional wrestlers portray all kinds of wacky characters, from Charles Manson-like cult leaders to literal dead men, but thanks to an upcoming new toy line from Mattel, six of them are about to be injected with mutant super-juices that dial their characters up from 10 to 110. Because why the hell not? This is sports entertainment we’re talking about, and monsters are entertaining.
Mattel’s WWE Mutants line is the company’s most bizarre to date, making their recent WWE Zombies toys look totally normal by comparison. Brock Lesnar, Sting, Finn Balor, John Cena, Bray Wyatt, and Stardust (who is no longer with WWE) made the cut, and you’ve damn sure never seen them like this before. The line re-imagines the grapplers as comic book heroes and villains.
Check out the full line-up below, along with descriptions for each mutant character.
This version of Brock Lesnar has terrifyingly mutated into a four armed beast! With bones growing out of his rough skin, he also has a roaring face and two mutant feet with giant toes. This Lesnar also comes with a barricade accessory.
Transforming into a scorpion, this version of Sting has a red and black body type and massive claws. He also includes a giant stinger and massive, three-toed feet.
Balor has a living, breathing mouth with a giant, venomous tongue lashing out from between a pair of teeth. The red veins that pulse throughout his body shoot from his fists and he also has gnashing, sharp-toothed mouths on both of his knees!
This version of Cena is ‘Colossus’ style with a completely steel body type! He also has red and blue wrist & arm bands and a built in, metal WWE Championship! He finishes it out with a sledgehammer accessory.
Wyatt comes with odd, green, mutated skin and a giant slash across the front of his shirt. He’s also wearing torn ring pants and strikes fear in the hearts of mutant lovers everywhere!
This version of Stardust waits in the sky to come and meet you with a giant, blue alien head and a star print on the front of his face. He also has a blue and black Stardust style suit and he has blue alien feet!
Look for the WWE Mutants this December.

One of Clive Barker’s Final Convention Appearances Will Be at New Jersey’s Monster Mania in August
We told you earlier this month that horror legend Clive Barker is leaving the convention scene behind to focus entirely on his writing, with various upcoming projects in the works.
A series of final appearances from Barker will begin at Days of the Dead Chicago this month, and we’ve learned Barker will also be coming to Monster Mania in New Jersey.
Clive Barker will be signing at Monster Mania 59 in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, which runs from August 2 – August 4, 2024. Stay tuned for more info from the convention.
Barker’s official statement earlier this month explained, “… it’s time to focus entirely on writing. I’m not stopping public events because I’ve lost delight in meeting you all over the years. I’m as passionate as ever about sharing my imagination with readers and moviegoers around the world. In the very room where I’m writing these words, I have the manuscripts for a very large number of projects (Thirty-one of them), some very close to completion, others still telling themselves. There are some wild projects in this collection of works, whether close to finished or done. There are also stories that you all knew I would be finishing.”
“Abarat IV and V are amongst the books at my feet,” he continued. “So is the Third and final book of The Art and the sequel to The Thief of Always. There are also return visits to characters and mythologies you may have thought I would never return to.
“I hope I am still able to surprise you in the decades ahead.”
