Alien: Covenant isn’t even out yet. But the sequel is on its way.
We’re just about four months away from the release of Ridley Scott’s Alien: Covenant, headed to theaters on May 19th. The film, a sequel to Prometheus, will also serve as a prequel to the original Alien, and yes, it will be loaded with face huggers, chest (and back!) bursters, at least one Xenomorph, and even the brand new Neomorph. In conjunction with the film, Titan Books will be releasing the Alan Dean Foster-penned Alien: Covenant Official Movie Novelization on May 23rd, but what’s even more exciting is that Titan is also releasing a follow-up book on September 26th. Titled Alien: Covenant 2, the 304-page novel is being billed as “The Official Sequel to the Blockbuster Film.”
Unfortunately, there is no synopsis or cover art available at this time, but you can pre-order the novel (both of them, in fact) through Amazon. So get on that, will ya?
