Oh Canada! A country normally famed for the sickly drippings of lumber just got wood over a screenplay called ‘Log‘. As part of the annual Canadian Film Festival a contest was held with the Harold Greenberg Fund to help develop the next great slice of Canuck cinema. The grand prize winner took home green to the tune of $10,000 dollars.

And then it happened. They announced that my script LOG was the GRAND PRIZE WINNER! I had just won $10,000 of development money for a script I wrote about a Log that kills and rapes people. My second screenplay ever. OH. MY. GOD.
