Theaters Announced for “Alien Day” Re-Release of Original ‘Alien’

We are one month away from Alien: Covenant and one week away from Alien Day.

Alien Day, a global celebration of the Alien franchise, returns on Wednesday, April 26th (a nod to planet LV-426), and one of the big events this year is the theatrical re-release of Ridley Scott’s original Alien. Participating RPX Regal Cinema U.S. theaters will be screening the film on Wednesday night, and attendees will receive a one-of-a-kind exclusive commemorative ticket.

In addition, exclusive Alien: Covenant content will be shown at the screenings.

Tickets are now on sale through Regal, and you’ll find full theater listings on the newly-launched Alien Universe website. Keep your eyes locked on the latter site for Alien Day details!

One of the all time great films and trailers.

Of course, why would there be a release in North Carolina where I could go see it? :/

No where near me. ‘Guess I’m watching it at home for free. Oh drat.

Aww, no Seattle showings???? Have to settle for the blu-ray. Nowhere close to feeling the same though!

I know right? Issaquah, Bellingham and Lakewood. Seriously who picked those theaters?

Oh is there? Well, hell. I can try to make one of those, but the odds aren’t in my favor.
