First-person survival horror is coming to your iOS devices with Iron Monkey’s Lazaretto. Originally released on Steam (which you can grab here), today the game has made the leap to Apple mobile devices, with a 30% launch discount.
Heavily relying on atmosphere and slow-burn horror, Lazaretto puts you in the role of an urban explorer, whose investigation of an abandoned island turns takes a dark turn. Armed with only a flashlight, you’ll need to use your wits (and your hearing) to make it out alive. With creatures modelled by Fabrizio Bortolussi (of District 9 and Silent Hill fame) and animated by Dhaval Soni (who previously worked on Grand Theft Auto V), this one is needs to be checked out if you’re in the mood for mobile horror.
No word yet on if the game will head to Android devices, but head over to the Apple Store to grab it.
